This scholarship is available to students from a South East Asian country (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam) enrolling in an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree programme at the University of Newcastle and who have demonstrated academic excellence in previous studies. No application is required.

New international students enrolling in an undergraduate programme in the Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment at the University of Newcastle are eligible for this scholarship. The scholarship provides a A$5,000 payment per annum for the duration of the program. No application is required.

This scholarship may be awarded to high achieving international students enrolling in a postgraduate coursework programme in the Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment at the University of Newcastle. The scholarship provides a tuition fee waiver of up to A$18,000 over 3 years. No application is required.

High achieving international students enrolling in an undergraduate programme in the Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment at the University of Newcastle are eligible to apply for this scholarship offering a full-fee waiver for the duration of the program.
